Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director/Manager, this is a hybrid position of a marketing and sales role. The right candidate will be responsible for developing lead nurturing campaigns that deliver results from the first touch, all the way through to the end of the actual sale. This hands-on, leadership role focuses on the overall development of CCADS programs and driving recruitment to reach sales targets within the region. The
Marketing & Sales Executive will establish and maintain current client relationships, apply sales and marketing practices in business development activities and customer service. More specifically:
- Generate brand awareness & drive recruitment in priority regions
- Manage overall marketing plan and budget

Work with internal team to grow CCADS in priority areas

Manage and promote special events

Develop and manage a regional lead database

Develop and grow relationships with existing members

Develop and manage all aspects of an integrated marketing communications campaign

Ensure brand consistency in all communications

Work with Program Administration to help drive systems and streamline processes

Network in the industry by attending shows and events for prospecting & leveraging market awareness
Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal (examples will be requested)

Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

Proven experience of results orientated environments (examples will be requested)

Self starter and outside the box thinker

Experience in the dental world is a nice to have, but not a necessity

2-3 years in the business world – a marketing or sales background would be beneficial

Demonstrates problem-solving and analytical skills

Proactive and able to take initiative

Available to work the occasional Saturdays and potential for travel

Client presentations, negotiation and relationship building, strategic and operational thinking skills

Degree/qualifications in relevant field (Commerce, Business Administration, Communications etc.)
