We believe that  to fully realize your potential and help grow your practice, it helps if you have continued support throughout the year. It is the day-to-day challenges that you face, where having someone to ask advice if needed, can really make a difference. Attending programs is a great way to advance your skill set, but all too often it's after the course that the questions arise and when you need the instructor. At CCADS, as soon as you register, whether through the Lecture Series or The Core Excellency Series, you are assigned a mentor. This person is there to help you, if needed, and to share his or her experiences  where appropriate. Many of our members tell us that the support and camaraderie that they experience at CCADS is one of the main reasons they want to continue to the next level.
