More Live Patient Hands-On Training
At CCADS, one of our core beliefs is that the hands-on experience is one of the key factors to your success. To be exceptional at anything requires practice. This belief aligns strongly with the Malcom Gladwell theory in the book, "Outliers", where he states that it takes 10,000 hours to be exceptional at anything. In dentistry, especially in the area of aesthetic dentistry - gaining exposure to that many hours can be a challenge. In your practice, you may see only a single aesthetic case per month. CCADS has structured our program around maximizing the level of live patient hands-on experience. In our Level 2 and Level 3 programs, along with your own case, you are exposed to many other cases. We believe that this is unique in the dental post-graduate education field.
