"I, like many of us, have been through many educational programs in my career. Some were disappointing, others were good, but CCADS was one of the few that I could call fantastic!. The quality of people involved in CCADS, both Doctors and support team, have made my journey through advanced aesthetic dentistry enjoyable and incredibly rewarding. The skill set I have acquired over the last several years with CCADS, and the professionals I have met through the program have been priceless. I have been so impressed with the program and those involved I have made every effort to become a part of the CCADS team, so I can help others achieve the level of success CCADS has helped me to achieve.

I would recommend any Dr who is looking into the CCADS program to seriously look at the benefits offered and to talk to some of the Doctors that have been through the program. Talk openly about your expectations with such and education program and bring up any concerns you may have. We have all been there and can give you an honest answer on what to expect and what you will get out of CCADS. This is not a program to be overlooked or tossed aside like many of the programs that show up on our desks in the form of a brochure. And as with any education program you get what you put into it, the main difference with CCADS is that you seem to get a lot more out of it than you put into it, thanks to their scholarship and mentorship programs.

CCADS has not only sharpened my technical skills, but has helped to expand my diagnostic abilities giving me the confidence to treat larger and more difficult cases. In a very systematic approach, CCADS teaches you how to consistently deliver beautiful restorations with predictable results. My Smile Design cases excite my staff, increase office productivity while giving me a great sense of pride by positively impacting people's lives.

In the twenty-eight years I have been practicing dentistry, my participation in CCADS is the single best career decision I have ever made.
Joining forces with CCADS has been great for our team... it has enabled me to get everyone involved in visualizing our potential. They helped create the 'buy-in' that any good leader needs from their team- now I don't feel like I'm working alone towards our goals. The entire team really knows that they have what it takes to be 'top ten percenters.
The economy has been dragging since 2008 in California and as I watched a lot of other practices slow down, I was able to apply my new skill set learned from CCADS and increase my production. The restorative skills I learned help me develop an ease of treatment with a high quality result; which in the end leads to high-patient appreciation. This is the type of dentistry that my patients want! I have found that they become great marketing tools for my practice.Their friends see the quality of the work and want the same results.
I think I've said this before, but I'll say it again: The CCADS group has managed to create a very welcoming and inclusive environment. There is a collaborative feel that makes it exciting to learn.
Hi Brent,

By the way, the cases I cemented so far went so smooth. I spend no more than 15 minutes with little to no adjustment at all, where as before i would spend 30min or more on adjustment. YOU ARE AWESOME LAB!!!!!YOU MADE ME LOOK GOOD, THANK YOU!!
The CCADS experience has had an extremely positive impact on my practice and career. The program has been an excellent experience that has truly advanced my clinical skills and I look forward to continuing my education and involvement with CCADS. One of the most positive relationships I have developed through CCADS has been my relationship with Frontier Dental Laboratories.

Working with Frontier over the past 8 months has truly changed my practice. Having worked with several different other labs, I can honestly say that Frontier is truly different. The quality of their work is outstanding and their customer service is even better. Using Frontier has decreased my chair time during seat appointments and has increased the quality of care I am able to deliver to my patients.

Two words: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Three words: DO NOT HESITATE!

Four words: THE DEBATE IS OVER!

My experience was great. I taught a hands on post grad style course for ten years when I was in the military (Endo). A similar beneficial style of teaching, supportive mentorship and clinical training is employed by CCADS. It was/is very valuable and professionally rewarding training. I will be attending my 30 year Class Reunion this Mar, and yes CCADS was easily able to ' teach an old dog new tricks'. I already am looking forward to the Level IV course in JUN/ JUL and may even have a case lined up for the Level V course. Continuing education, continuous learning = CCADS.

Because your career is still in its infancy, you will accelerate your level of expertise and thus reap the professional, technical and financial rewards for years to come. As I mentioned at the grad ceremony for Level III, CCADS makes learning fun, and they unknowingly provided a giagantic dose of seratonin-like energy that will fuel me and my RESTORATIVE practice up to, and well past retirement.

Call any time if you need more details (403-880-3138).

Regards, Neville

P.S. Five words: YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I was lucky enough to have a fellow dentist encourage me to check out the program several years ago, and my experience has changed the way I practice. Being involved with CCADS, I have gained immeasurable confidence and predictability in my aesthetic and restorative work.
Hello my name is Michelle Bartolome and I have just recently completed CCADS Level 2 under a Full Grant with Frontier Dental Laboratories. There are many great things that have happened to me within this year. One of them was the purchase of my dream dental practice in Citrus Heights California. I first walked into this high end cosmetic dentistry practice and fell in love with the kind of dentistry that I was seeing. I bought my practice from Dr. William Swearingen, an accredited dentist with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. His clinical ability paired with an outstanding lab for the last 25 plus years made the purchase of this practice an easy decision for me. My practice makes about 30% of our monthly production from these large cosmetic cases. So after the purchase of the practice, my next logical step was to pair up with a program that was going to teach me the skills and techniques to accomplish these great smile makeovers.

Dr. Swearingen is now my mentor. He encouraged me to meet with Brent and Paulo and recommended the CCADS course. I liked both Brent and Paulo immediately. Their goals towards cosmetic dentistry were in line with mine and they really cared about my success and the success of my practice. Since our meeting, I have recommended the CCADS course to several of my colleagues.

I completed levels one and two of the program and I attend the monthly study club meetings. What I love most about the program is the social networking and exchange of ideas. I was fortunate to get paired with very accomplished clinical practitioners for the CCADS course in San Francisco. The course gave me an opportunity to approach smile design and smile makeovers in a systematic way, from treatment planning, to the preps, temporization and final seat of a large cosmetic case. But, the mentorship doesn’t stop there. At the study club meetings we reviewed digital smile designs, photography, case presentation and much more.

Just three months after the program, I sold my first full mouth r
